Who we are

A locally led response, rooted in the communities we serve

Founded in 2018, Uyanaka Trust began by identifying and supporting orphans and vulnerable children in Bulilima and Mazowe districts with education assistance, uniforms, food, and psychosocial support.

Today we address the linked drivers of vulnerability — poverty, food insecurity, climate shocks, school dropout, protection risks, and gender-based violence — through community-led programmes delivered with schools, caregivers, local leaders, social workers, and volunteers.
